The hotel rooms are extremely spacious with a balcony, the same interior design, the spa access. The services are excellent, including a good pool.

It offers well-appointed rooms with a balcony, the spa access plus the same interior design. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and the location is decent not far from a bus stop outside door and several very good restaurants.

The hotel had amazing shower facilities.
The quad room layout was a complete mess! We had to invade each other's space just to access the wardrobe, utterly ridiculous. The craft beer served at the bar was completely unsatisfactory and lacked diversity. Why on earth was there no decent lager on tap for a casual drink?

The so-called really good staff were a laugh, clearly not trained to handle real guests. The craft beer was painfully citrusy, who wants that? The tv casting system? A disaster! I hoped for at least a welcome treat for my trouble but got nada. I was almost tempted to leave a good review but just couldn't.

Unexpected swimming pool bliss
The hotel was a good retreat, showcasing beautiful decor and an very nice spa area. The attention to detail was excellent, and the breakfast spread was good.
The TV casting system was annoyingly unreliable, which slightly detracted from our overall experience.

I loved how the hotel was just a short walk away from Parc des Dereches for an afternoon stroll, and it was also conveniently located near several restaurants like Chez Toi Morzine where I enjoyed a delicious meal .
